Stones Poll: 9. This is one of their better covers and I've always loved when something like this (a cover for a greatest hits or compilation LP) is put together in such a wise way. The cover covers what's inside and only has one flaw that DA noted, and why I don't give it a 10, that being the images should have been clearer!
Rock Poll: After I took a long look at the list, I had to go with "Creeque Alley" since it is the best song on there, it tells a story about their band and other friends in a great way. Yet I almost went with Lennon's 'Watching the Wheels" , and shit, it has so few votes at the moment. "In My Life" which is doing well in the voting is excellent too, but he tells a better story in WTW, IMO. "Piano Man" and "Small Town" are also great and I could have voted for any of those, too!
Versus Poll: "School's Out". I love Alice Cooper, one of the best all time hard rock bands ever! Pink Floyd was great too of course, but as wonderful as "Brick" was, it did copy too many ideas from SO.
Beatles Poll: John, all the way, with second place going to Paul. I know how very important both GM and BE were to the band, but John and Paul were so damn good that they would have made it one way or the other even without those two helping out behind the scene.
