The Stones, if it wasn't for us fans, would be nothing, period. We are the ones who for over 50 years have supported them and brought their records, tickets, and countless other items of theirs, and in turn, we made them rich and famous. Had none of us ever brought their stuff, where would they be today? So yes, they do owe something to us, no question about it!
Yes, exactly. The same holds true for movie stars. And for professional athletes. Do you think that anyone would pay (insert name of famous baseball player here - I don't know any) gazillions of dollars for hitting a ball if nobody was interested in watching him do it?
If not for the fans, Mick would have been an accountant of some sorts and Keith would have done some kind of work suited to his skills. Bill and Charlie would have gone on with the jobs they had at the time. I think that Brian would have managed to play the blues somewhere, at least for a time, because he was so determined that that's what he wanted to do, from a very young age.
