One Hit is a great Stones song! I saw it live, too, at Shea Stadium in '89. That's one they should play more often for sure. I'm not an ER fan (of the song or album) but I have to say, it was great live on Sweet Summer Sun. A very pleasant surprise. I saw them do She Was Hot and it was fantastic live.
It's funny, but I would have never chosen to see any of those songs live and must say I thoroughly enjoyed them when I DID see them. That's why the boys need to mix it up and put some of those war horses back in the stable for a while and break out some lesser played songs like those three.
