My answer in the Stones poll would depend on whether Mick T was there or not, and if he was then on how many songs he would be allowed to play on. But since we have none of those details, I went with JJF, a fun party song which is perfect for concerts. Let's hear Bill's riff again and again, Ronnie!
I need some clarification before I vote in the first rock poll: are we simply looking for the best of a bunch of songs that happen to have repeating lyrics, or are we looking for the one in which the repeating lyrics are best used? (I hope I'm making myself clear here...)
In the second rock poll, I went with (Exile mafia please avert your eyes) "Abbey Road". Just stronger material overall IMO.
John Lennon in the Beatles poll. The man had a unique, instantly recognizable voice which totally does it for me.
