Yes. I believe the woodwind at the end of the song is from Brian's The Pipes of Pan At Joujouka album that he recorded in Morocco. I actually bought the album in a hole in the wall record store in 1983! I nearly died when I saw it! I knew of the album, but never thought I would ever FIND it. I played the album side of the woodinds (flutes?) over and over and really loved it. The first side of the album...not so much, but it was ok. I believe the Glimmers put the album out on Rolling Stones Records, if I'm not mistaken. A nice gesture. As DA said, Continental Drift was sort of an Homage to Brian on Steel Wheels. Another nice gesture.
