Can anyone explain to me why...?

The much celebrated Brussels concert (which is, in my view, the greatest Stones show ever) NOT on Compact Disc, whereas other live shows are?

Is it because of some recording flaw? Something cut off? I just don't know. Why wouldn't t they put it on CD?
