Keno you should be able to adjust your receiver to accommodate your screen size.

Thanks for the suggestion. I need to call Dish TV and see if they could help, as Jackie also suggested this to me once. Most of the non def channels do work fine, it's just the NFL games on 2 channels, and this Palladia channel, which isn't broadcast in non high def, so I don't think this channel can be adjusted because of that, but the ones that are non high def I think that I should be able to adjust them. Sure hope so, I don't want to have to buy a new TV set, this old one works fine otherwise.
