Oh, I'm not a big fan of the cold, especially the kind of cold you get back east, with all of that high humidity making it feel 20 to 30 degrees colder than the actual temperature is. If you talk to anybody out here in the west who grew up either in the East or Midwest, we all say the same thing about the temps back east vs the dry cold out here. Colorado might have colder readings in the winter months by several degrees, but it doesn't feel anything like the cold in NYC, Boston, or Chicago. 32 degrees F here, feels like zero in those cities far off in the east. Plus it works the same way in the summer with high humidity temps back east and down south, 94 degrees in Denver always feels cooler, like 88 degrees, yet 94 degrees in NYC feels like 110 degrees almost every time. Today out here, we have a Red Flag Warning for the valley down below us, as the humidity will get below 10% there this afternoon, and about 12% here. Other than the fire problem we have out here most summers, and which we didn't have 15 years ago, but have now thanks to global warming, I can handle the summer just fine where I'm at!
But damn, we don't want your cold at all, just your extra snow please, thanks!
