Nothing really new or a deep cut on my list: Elton John's "Rocket Man" is today my #1 favorite song, the Stones' "Moonlight Mile" and "JJF", Lennon's "Imagine", Skynrd's "Free Bird", Beatles' "Hey Jude", The Byrds' "Mr Tambourine Man ". Stupid SiriusXM repeats these songs everyday (other than MM), along with so many others, yet these few I never grow tired of regardless of how many times I hear them.... I hate to say this, but there is one song that I have heard too much on the radio.... and after many decades, one of my all time favorite songs ever - "Sympathy For The Devil", has been ruined by SiriusXM because they play it all the time.
In the last 3 weeks, we have stopped listening to SiriusXM other than on weekends when we listen to Dusty Street (just dig her a lot), and have been listening to this satellite CD Rock station instead. It has no Deejays (which I do miss), but besides playing hit songs without repeating them once or twice a day like SiriusXM does, they also play deep cuts, too, and that is excellent!
