I think he has some great stuff on his own. Of course it's utterly impossible to view his work and evaluate it outside of his connection to the Rolling Stones. So I can't say that I would or would not buy his albums has the STones never existed.
But I really like a lot of his songs. His last album was excellent, and there are at least a few very good tracks on his other albums too.
What do you guys think of "the mick" on his own?
