First, that video's title is totally misleading and a waste of 2 and a half minutes to watch, as Keith isn't trying to play anything there, he's only plugging in wires, and after the first 40 seconds, all we see is his hands, but he never plays the keyboard part on there, so why should they state that he's trying to play the thing? Plus, that isn't the synthesizer that the Stones owned, I saw it at the R and R Hall several years ago, and you can see that one of the keys is broken on it today. You can see Keith playing the synthesizer that the band owned, for just a sec, in the video for "We Love You", although he didn't play it on that song, only Brian ever played it, on several Stones songs (like on "2000 Light Years From Home"). Come to thinking about it, Bill played it too, on "Cosmic Xmas".
As far as Keith playing keys, if I recall he played piano on several songs later on, like on Voodoo Lounge . On "Memory Motel" it's mainly MJ who we hear playing the piano there, but Keith does play a bit of electric piano on that one, too.
