How very sad to hear this news about our friend. I recall him telling us about his condition. It had been several years since he regularly posted here, so long ago that many here today don't know who he was. But he was a regular Gasser for a few years, and when he first posted here, at only 15 years old, he was our third youngest poster to do so; only Staffan and Jack Flash started at a younger age (Staffan the youngest, a week before he turned 13, and JF at 13). I recall back in the late '90s and early '00s, we had several very young Gassers here, today we don't see anybody at all under 30.
RIP Kurt, you were a good guy and great Stones fan! Here is the photo of Kirt from back in the days when we used to have our photos up on the board (I've deleted most of those old photos after the page was taken down, but never finished the job and still have about a third of them; today with domain space no longer an issue, I wish I had kept all of them):
