He wrote some nice ballads over the years he was a poet also.The song jean was one of the first 45s i bought as a really little squirt as i had a crush on a schoolmate named jean.He wrote it and oliver sang in.Boy its funny but i had forgotten about that song but it was memtioned as i read his obit.I still have that 45.I wonder whatever happened to jean?He was 81.
