If the cheating is a fact, then you can bet it was going on a long time before that one game. So it wasn't just the Colts who got cheated on, they more than likely cheated on several teams and it's too late now to change anything. So yeah, you take away their first and second round draft picks for the next 3 years or so, and fine the team's owner an insane amount of money, like every penny he is to make in this year's SB. The NFL has to hit 'em hard, but you can bet this sorry league will not.
