Even the stones nicked from their own song too tough sounds alot like jumping jack flash too.

"Stealing" from your own repertoire isn't the same as stealing from someone else's, is it?

Alfred Hitchcock made the same film twice: The Man Who Knew Too Much, once in 1934 and again in 1956. Was he "stealing" from himself the second time around?

I think that this is actually an interesting question, but the real question is do the fans want to see or hear the same material being recycled? I love both versions of the film. And I love "So Divine" even though I'm one of those who think that it is totally derived from PIB.
