I can't say that there is any. If I don't like a band, I don't try to like it. Life's too short and there's too much good music to be listened to.

But the closest that would match your definition would be Led Zep. I do like them, but not as much as I think I should. I can only take them in relatively small doses, otherwise Robert Plant's voice starts grating on my nerves. But I did try. I bought all the vinyl albums and played them again and again. It didn't work.

Well, except for "Kashmir". I never tire of that song.

Otherwise, maybe I should now buy all the CDs and resume the therapy...
