Oh, and the reason for no Bill in that drawing is because that's how the pictures/drawings are shown and tell a fictitious story about the Stones in the book. It starts off about the entire band (with them shown in drag) and one by one, a band member is lost. First Bill (in the one showing them with the little girls of all drawings!), then Charlie (the one I first linked to), then Brian, then Keith, and in the end, Mick is left all by himself. The book is great and tells a crazy story for many different rockers in that matter, I highly recommend it if you never saw or read it.
