Hard to pick 5, you could make the case for so many. But I will say that I find that "Thru and Thru" the Keith-sung tune from VL is a real masterpiece that I don't think get's near enough credit for its greatness.

I like most of the VL record, but when this one came on I felt like this was one tune where they took a chance. Really took a chance. It's so unlike most tunes that Keith sings. And the music...well, what can you say about a tune where the drums don't even come in until what seems like 2-3 minutes into the tune. And when they do, Charlie announces himself with authority as if to say "Don't forget about me motherfuckers!!"

Nah, this song is brilliant. one of their best ever. Really made me smile and made me believe that Keith brought his A-game to those sessions.
