Man, Kim Fowley died today. He was kind of an asshole, but back when I had Sirius, I thought he had one of the best shows on Underground Garage. He also unleashed The Runaways on teenaged boys like me. Just from the ashes of The Runaways his legacy leaves us with Joan Jett, Lita Ford and even Michael Steel of The Bangles went through Fowley's Runaways machine. The dude breathed in Rock and exhaled Roll.
