It is a fact and noted by the police, that they sat there and waited for George to leave before they made the bust. Not that George had anything to do with it, they just wanted to bust the Stones on that nite only, and if they also busted Harrison, that would had changed the focus of the bust, and they didn't want to do that, they only wanted the Stones on that nite. Sure they would have loved to take down George too, but just not on that nite. The entire bust (along with BJ's setup, other bust) was a staged thing set up by these pigs to make the Stones look bad. They had other plans for the Beatles and in time busted them too, for the same phony stuff.
