Special prosecuters need to be assigned to these cases. Seems the system we have isn't working... so there is a place to start. Looks like we cant leave it up to heads of state to do so, so it really needs a non-conflict of interest direction of its own.

Cameras on police is a good idea. Seems everyone behaves better when they are known to be there. That should be done to. Just because this case had a camera on it dosn't mean the merits of cameras should be pushed aside.
