All of you are right, but Shattered's post got my attention. Jackie Wilson was indeed a helluva singer, dancer, and performer. He truly was an entertainer in my book. He dressed with the best of them. Nothing was ever out of place when he came out on stage. He danced his ass off.
gomper, I do think there is some good music being made today, but most of it is by old timers. I bought American Idiot by Green Day when it came out, and I think that's a great lp. In fact, I flew to Dallas from B'ham to take my son and his roomie to their concert. It was a great show!
