I'm half way through reading this book (I was waiting to finish it before posting about it). So far, it's excellent. It is by far the best biography on Brian. The author has talked to many people who knew Brian and there are things about him in this book that I never knew before. The author also sets the record straight on a number of "facts".
Of course I can't comment on the part I haven't yet read. I'm at the point where he has just met Anita.
For anyone who would like to get this book, the author is Paul Trynka, who has also written a much-acclaimed biography of David Bowie. His Brian bio just came out last month.
I think you will enjoy reading this book MMR. And don't be a stranger...!
