I'll throw my two cents in as well...
I certainly prefer the 'innocent until proven guilty' rule rather than the opposite; it just has more of a control factor than open to anyone hurling accusations.
This Cosby case is mired in smoke and complications.
I want to believe that he is innocent because of what the man has represented himself to be. For eg, I love stand up (im a rabid Pryor fan and defender); however, he always stood out as a non curser, non filth in his routines, family values kind of person, he even made a jazz album once...
I mean, its hard for me to understand that a man in the public eye for so long, filthy wealthy and married to the same woman for 40 years, would be a serial rapist as one accuser states.
Since he has supposedly one child out of wedlock, that may indicate that he knows the game, so shy would he want to drug a girl to get some? That kind of behavior, I would think would be picked up by his inner circle... harder to believe is the accusation that when he was going to rape her, she told him that she had a STD that he would transmit it to his wife, and then she says that he told her to bl*w him... .that doesn't jive for me ...
I guess the worse thing that can happen in this case, is that the true accusations be contaminated from false accusations from gold diggers, disallowing the truth to flourish.
In the past, with similar accusations he has denied them... I guess he doesn't now because his lawyers have told him not to.
