It's not really about hating or loving for me. There's a very small number of bands that I love and (major cliche here) are the soundtrack of my life. But even the greatest music, when listened to 24/7 for years, can get a bit boring at times. So I will listen to B-list bands and get something out of them, perhaps due to nostalgia, I don't know.

I never really did get into U2. I like the Joshua Tree, but apart from that I never really got into them
