It's always sad to click open a post here to read about another hero who has passed away, recently it was hometown boy Jack Bruce. So I'm delighted to pass on that I have just heard that the legend that is Wilko Johnson, has beaten terminal prostrate cancer.
When 2kman and myself made mention of him a wee while back he had refused chemo, and was literally at death's door. Since then he has had a huge tumour removed from his prostrate, and tumours removed from his lungs and liver. On top of that he has had parts of his intestine, and his pancreas removed. God knows what's left of him inside, but he is cancer free and getting stronger every day. Way to go big man!
