Yes pehaps moron is a strong word but the disease first manifested in 1976 they believe by being in contact with certain animals like monkeys.One would think if monkeys are a suspected culprit they would stop dining on them?Now the strain is much more powerful.If a person wants to travel there to work or relax and put himself or herself at risk cool go ahead,but when they travel out they put everyone at risk.Its pretty selfish.
