No, no, no, you both got this wrong (riff and manny)! Not that I'm an expert on ebola, but it didn't just start up - its been around for over 40 years and also didn't reappear because somebody ate a monkey.... It can be spread by a male person through their seman for up to 2 months (not 2 years), and less time for females to spread it. The nurse in Texas got it because she didn't have full protective gear on, it was totally the fault of the hospital for not training their staff for this. Ebola is very hard to get and the main reason behind all of this misinformation is the US Republican party who are flat out spreading lies about it, including on their fake Fox News station (an arm of the GOP). Some republicans actually have stated that Obama is behind this and wants to see an outbreak in the US! I mean, give me a break! Anything that goes wrong in this country is Obama's fault according to them (and as you know, I'm no fan of Obama, but I'm also not stupid, either, as those in the GOP hope we all are). I would not, and do not, worry about this getting out of hand in the US at all, and I know BS coming from the right when I see or hear it. But I do agree better means need to be taken to stop it from spreading anywhere in the world, not just here.
