But that's what I meant by what I said! The difference is, NY state is very liberal (normally a good thing) and they will protect such prisoners, whereas in any conservative state, they don't, they let them all fletch for themselves and live among the general population, and a person like this asshole would be dead by now if he was in such a prison (or state). Here's one example of what I mean: Jeffrey Dahmer. Had he been in a NY prison, Dahmer would still be alive today. With that in mind, had John Lennon's murder killed John, say in a southern or midwestern state, and went to one of those state's prisons, he'd been beaten to death by now just like what happen to Dahmer. Or had he been in Texas or 2 or 3 other US states, he also be dead by now at the hands of the state itself.
