What is it??(nsc)

The other night we had the radio on and the song "Strange Magic" by ELO came on and I noted how much I liked the song, and Jackie said to me, "Yeah, but that one line is repeated way too much". I told her that's why I liked it, it sounds great! That lyric repeated is the song's title of course and after a while I realized this would make for a great rock poll, you know, a question something like this: "what song that repeats a lyric over and over again is the best"..... Fast forward to today and I'm putting a list together of songs for this question. So I showed the short list I had so far to Jackie and asked her if she could think of a few more. The first song she mentioned was the Beatles "The End" and I said, "of course, how did I forget that one!" and typed it out with her looking over my shoulder. When I did that and typed out: "The End - The Beatles - Song's title repeated many times" , Jack said to me "it is?". I thought she was joking at first, since she was the one to think of it, but she wasn't joking at all. She claims they are singing "Love it" over and over, not "the end". "What" was my reply, so I went to YouTube and holy shit, now I'm not sure what's being sung, since I'm hearing both now! So I did a web search, and it seems many lyric sites list nothing at all for this repeated lyric, or, they list not "the end" which I was sure it was (I mean, that's the title of the damn song!), and not "love it" as Jackie was hearing, but they got it down as "love you". But only a few sites have this and as you might know, many lyric sites are wrong in what they got down for lyrics. One interesting thing I realize today is that both "love you" and "the end" is sang at the song's close, no question about that, since it's known as the final lyric written and sung by the Fabs - ever: "And in the end, the love you take, is equal to the love you make".

So what do you hear, or do you know what's the official lyric is? I wonder if my Beatle bible book writes about this, but since I read that years ago, I would had known back then if I had heard the lyric wrong, and I don't recall that, so I bet it's not in there. Whatever it is, I need to list this on the Misheard Lyric Page at my Rock site for sure - but I have no clue at the moment which lyric it is! So do any of you Stones/Beatle fans know? Here is a YouTube link to the song if you want to have a new listen to it: The End
