LOL that is a good one. Jan's "Lick Room" is a good one too but may be hard to explain the name to my boys with those hidden inuendos - my ex would probably take me to Court LOL. Asshole.
I meant to tell you guys about my crossing back into Canada story. I had a nice lady about my age stopping me. I was happy to be back in Canada and had just picked up a 60 ouncer of rye for $13!!! I was salivating like a pavlov's dog. Those things go for @ $60 here, fucking taxes! But anyway, so I was so tired and felt like I'd been to hell and back and just wanted to get home and have a nice shower and burn my clothes I was in. And get a hot meal. She is a chatty one and starts asking me this and that. She asked where I went? To some concerts in New Jersey. Where in New Jersey? Wildwood. Who'd you see? Stones tribute bands. Who did you go with? Met some people online. Bells went off in her head I guess - she musta thought I was a brave woman. What site? LOL, she caught me off guard so I said Keno's and Shidoobee. In my mind I'm like "oh great, she's gonna think I'm into sex drugs rock and roll (that I am but she didn't have to know LOL). She looked at me all strange and asked what? I skipped Keno and said Shidoobee hoping she knew shattered - she still looked confused. I showed her my stones tongue air fresheners and said do you know the stones? Yes. Do you know Shattered? She looked confused so I started belting out the damned song LOL. She started smirking at me and I thought whew, are we almost done and I became all embarrassed for singing for her??? I guess she was concerned as she thought I drove all the way down to WW all by myself in that short of time and thought it just didn't sound right. Once I explained I flew (and sang for her lol) she started lightening up and I could tell she now believed me. She then asked where I worked so I told her (which is for the government as well as her) and she sent me off with a safe drive. I tell ya, you never know what is going to happen at the damned borders.
BTW, I'm not sure if any of you know, but at the Philly airport they swabbed both my hands - would that have been for drugs or explosive residue? Anyone know? In the show Border Security I always tend to think its for drugs cause they do swab for those but its usually people's articles. Someone mentioned they may for explosives. Given 9:11 the explosives would make more sense tho.
