HAMPTON '81 and LA '75

I gotta say that I am practically salivating at the mere idea of having a fresh new CD in my hands that counts as an official Stones release, albeit of very old, live material.

I have listened to parts of both of these recordings online, but not the whole thing and not on my stereo or on my car - so consequently I don't know what the sound quality is really like.

So I'm just curious: how do they measure up against other live albums in terms of sound quality? And what about in terms of artistry and playing?

Of course, NOTHING, in my view, comes even close to Brussels. Its the greatest live album of any band ever and it should have been put on gold LPs and placed about the Voyager probe and launched into space!

But I am still thrilled to get new live CDs and can't wait to order them!
