Frey and Henley were a little harsh with the other members as they became successful... I was a little surprised at that.
I was under the impression most knew that. They were total assholes to the rest of the band members, and why a few of the former members refused to join up with them for the reunion tours (or even talk to them). They acted like they were the only true Eagles and demanded most of the cut from the revenue that came in from the tour.
