So you hated the Yankees "how I hated the Yankees.. past tense and present tense) yet I am at some kind of loss for "disliking" the Broncos.... Therefore, you are also were at the same loss when you lived in NY.
2 things on your reply... First, what you note is not the same thing. In NY you got more than one home team to root for, if you don't like one of them, you can still like the other and not be left out of cheering for your home team and understand why the local media reacts in the way they do. You can't do that in Colorado where there is only one team, if you don't like the only home team there is, then you're never have a home team to root for and experience why it's different rooting for a home team versus rooting for some team from somewhere else.
Second, I used my words simply as a figure of speech. How can you not see that? Lighten up dude, this is just a message board and we are only talking about football. Geez!
