.....it's happened again, apologies.......to continue.....Of course it is a range of people, most of whom unlike us (I'm presuming), knew him, and say they witnessed first hand some of his less than savoury traits. Many of these people knew Jones intimately over a period of time, either in a working capacity or in social relationships. I think some of these people had or wanted to have some sympathy with what they regarded Jones' plight, but he didn't make it easy.

I think the fact that a variety of people are by and large saying pretty much the same thing in one way or another, suggests there may be some truth in what they are saying, unfortunately.

I don't have any interest in rubbishing Jones' memory, neither do I have any interest in promoting him as some latter day saint. I have no dog running in this race.
