I love the Kinks too! They are one of the few bands that I wanted to see and never did. But I did see Ray play with Chrissie Hynde and the original Pretenders back around 1980 in a small, half empty auditorium in Colorado Springs, from about 10 feet away. He wasn't suppose to be there that night but played with them for most of the show and it was one of those greatest ever concerts for me.

What ever happened to Dave and his being unable to play guitar again for a few years after his stroke? Can he still play today like he used to?
