Depends on what definition is given to "rare gems", If we're talking about unreleased songs, then I'd be remiss not to mention the delightful "Cops and Robbers" from the BBC recordings. Or just about any of the unreleased songs from the Chess sessions. Or "Hey Crawdaddy" (and isn't it a shame that they never did that one in the studio!)

If we're talking about seldom heard songs, then there is a long list. I'm tired from a weekend in the country (went kayaking for 3 hours today, including a portage... I may have trouble getting out of bed tomorrow Ronnie...) but I'll mention one that never makes any lists: Sitting on a Fence.

I could never get excited about YGTS, not matter who sings it.
