...But so are Charles Manson and David Duke. And Frankly those guys pose less of a danger to the country than Palin does. She's an idiot of the highest order and it is almost unutterably embarrassing that she was on the GOP ticket. Her candidacy just made things worse for the GOP and furthered the party's decline into ridiculousness.
What's funny is that I actually predicted that she would be McCain's VP candidate when NO ONE ELSE did. I told a couple of people beforehand and so they were really in awe of me after, especially because there was nothing in the media about it. No one saw it coming. My basic theory was that McCain would want a female governor who was kind of hot looking. And she fit that bill, as dumb as a bag of hammers as she was!
