He was as good as any session musician out there, and yes, he along with Steve Hunter playing their guitar weaving made Lou Reed's live Rock n Roll Animal great. Plus that article cut his work with Alice Cooper short. He didn't start out by helping AC solo, but also the band, on their Billion Dollar Babies LP, he filled in for lead guitarist Glen Buxton when he was unable to play on that LP because of his illness. RIP Dick Wagner.
