I don't believe in ghosts at all, and none of those things have ever happened to me - except what you note about "knowing" something was wrong with a loved one even though they were far away. That has happened twice to me, once with my best friend back in NY and then years later again with my dad, and in both cases they were dying and somehow I knew something was wrong, but I didn't know what or even who it was happening to, just got a very weird feeling that something was wrong - and something was wrong both times. I think I told this story here several years ago, but it was an interesting thing to happen and I'll never forget it, either. We can communicate with loved ones in ways we don't even understand.
