Yes. Of course we can speculate and believe Brian would have come back. I honestly don't believe that he would have. He was very upset that Mick and Keith were clearly the leaders of the band that HE formed. After a 5 year absence and with the band clearly doing music that was not to Brian's taste, I can't see him rejoining and assuming a lesser role. It would have been interesting, had he lived,if he would have joined forces with Taylor after Taylor quit and made a great blues band. The 2 Stones guitarists forming a super group?! There were rumors of Brian working with John Lennon, too. Could you imagine Brian, MT and Lennon in one band?
