Heroin has gotten commonplace here in Delaware. Plus alot of it is cut with a synthetic tranquelizer. Pheynl something. It's killing people in droves. Whats really fucked up is when an overdose makes the news , junkies flock to the area trying to score the same shit. I lost a dear friend to that shit. Why anybody would try it is beyond me. Has anybody ever heard a happy heroin story? Yet it is rampant here.
