I thought of this more in terms of genre. What do I listen to the most and what is the best representation of that? Only 2 of these are among my 'absolute' favorites.
Vivaldi, Four Seasons: shows a love of classical, and what kind of classical I veer toward the most (but Tchaikovsky and Beethoven are seriously good).
Doors, debut: the near pinnacle of psychedelic music, of which I listen to a lot, like taking a trip without Owsley's help with some bluesiness thrown in.
Ok Computer, Radiohead: all-too-solid album that represents exploratory, melodic, progessive, and even "indie" explorations for me; and is it a surprise that the lyrics of this album suit my namesake here perfectly?
Loveless, MBV: the actual pinnacle of shoegaze and related dream-pop styled genres
Sticky Fingers: Sorry, TM, I just couldn't leave the Stones out of this one. SF just too perfectly represents, or defines, my primary genres. It covers most everything with unmatched feeling and attitude, doesn't it?
