Well well well. Its getting nicer out! Yesterday a bug landed on my coat. Yes a bug DA!!! At first I thought what the hell is that thing??? Pretty soon the buds will be bursting and the air will smell sweet and strange! I know for most it seems about a hundred years ago that we had Spring! So hang in there and make room in your closets for your winter bulk.
Sahaira - I'm so sorry you had to go through that rage with that dude! You said the most perfect thing even though it may not seem like you said enough to him. You were the bigger person here. What a bully - obviously he was pissed at something else in his life and you were the receiver of him getting out all of his frustration and everything so try to think of it like that and thank god you were not hurt. I'm sure those words are sitting in the back of that prick's head and he will have to hear them over and over - maybe make him realize what he is teaching his son.
Now, for your birthday, I just googled Denver and there are things to do there for free! So you get your ass out of your bed on your birthday and get down to a museum or check out the music section for things to do in Denver cause you may end up at a pub or somewhere with the most awesome band playing. And you can learn a lot at a museum with some interesting shit - even better if you can smoke a root before you go and be all like "wow man, that's pretty cool". And save up a few bucks to pay for a cake and make that for yourself later. Lots of zoo/animal stuff to do. Or just get out for a nice walk on a spring day. Make your birthday magical as you deserve it - its your special day and think of where you were a few months ago as to now. Make it a wonderful day my friend! You only turn 29 once and this is gonna be the last year in your 20's man! Get yourself out there and strange and silly things happen!
I always get thrifty with free things to do as some days I have no clue what to do with my boys and we end up doing some spectacular things that we would have never known to do.
Now for my rant...Our gas supplier (Enbridge Gas) here in Ontario is going to raise gas $400 per year!!! That is about $35 extra per month to pay for your damned gas for heating. $20 of that is paying off this past year of what they claim they have gone in debt for (how and why is what I'd like to know - we are already paying top dollar for gas per month) and the exta 10 to 15 will be used to help them next year in case we have a cold winter again. WTF!!! Fucking scammers. I'm going to complain to my MP. This is like adding a whole new monthly bill to every household. Most people are scraping by right now. And to take $15 from me in case we may have a cold winter again??? Its outragous. Why don't we deal with that when and if it happens again. Do you think we will even see that money at the end of next year should we have a warm summer? Bah!
