$85 seat locations?

Have an interesting opportunity to get a single 85 for Philly the 21st - for those who do NOT get the Pit - how good generally are the seats? I have my sec 104, but if they have been generally within the first half of the house, it will be worth it! (If it becomes a pit admission, I trade seats with someone else! And those seats are excellent also within two sections of the stage lower! Thanks in advance!
