Sounds to me like Jagger banged out the piano chords with a guide vocal, got the structure down, recorded the backing track with the band and Taylor laid down his fine guitar work

Chances are that you're right. But Mick T is still more deserving of a writing credit on this one than Keith, who doesn't play a note on the track and likely didn't write a note of it either.

Cool little song, very underrated. Probably a throw-away, but still one of my favs on GSH, which got a spin this morning.
