Not even 15 minutes ago I get a call from my boyfriend asking if I have to work tonight and tomorrow. i was actually slightly annoyed, as after taking a week off to bum around Chicago, I have piles of work to catch up on. Then he says that friends of ours in Massachusetts have extra tickets to the Stones concertvon Wendesday.
OK! work will wait another few days. I mean, I am pretty much my own boss, and like I would say no to this. So, we booked my airfare. I am leaving in about ten minutes to drive to the nearest major airport which is 8 hours away and I fly into to Boston early tomorrow morning. Thankfully, I have a friend from home coming along to drive so maybe I can get some work done in the car.
Hard to believe that I saw my first EVER Stones concert just over a month ago and now I am getting ready to see my third in that same amount of time.
