When Mick Taylor quite and Ronnie filled in it was 100,000 thousand dollars. He negotiated that with the Stones or promoter. He said he should have asked for more in hindsight. It is in Ronnies book. Keep in mind the Stones are guarenteed a certain amount of money. When they have guests it is negotiated with the sponser of the tour. So Mick,Keith and the rest of the Stones have no clue what MT is getting. MT is there for helping ticket sales. Mick and Keith don't pay guests. It is all done by the promoter. Read Ronnies book that is clearly how it happens. Stones get a guaretedd pay out.Can you see The Stones writing checks for guests peformances. No.They may have a say who the guest is, but their salary is paid by the promoter. Not Mick, not Keith, not Charlie and Ronnie. Ronnie.
