A song like "Interstellar Overdrive " is an example of a wonderful psychedelic acid song. But as I noted, the poll isn't about acid rock songs, it is about songs written about acid, or taking acid.
"She Said, She Said" contains some lyrics taken from an acid trip, but it isn't about acid. So that's why I didn't include it. "Lucy in the Sky..." also came from a acid trip, too, but the lyrics from that one is about an actual trip, whereas with "She Said, She Said", at least 2 lines came from a trip (from actor Peter Fonda and Lennon's answer to him), but the song isn't about tripping. Lennon said it wasn't, and he wrote the song.
