Angie on replay

My phone rang at midnight. my dear dad, bless his heart, managed to sing the first line of "Angie," before he choked up. It was literally less than a minute conversation.

Every year on this day I have to hear that song several times as it is my birthday. Luckily, its not a horrible song.

My next surprise came a few minutes later. My boyfriend is in NJ right now recording with his band. I knew he wouldnt forget but wasnt expecting a FaceTime concert of "Angie" and "Ruby Tuesday" with one of his bandmates. Should have known when his mother insisted we stay up listening to music in honor of my birthday.

My apologies, had to share my incredible present with those who appreciate it as much as I do.
